UNITS/SUITES INFORMATION
All 77 units are made available on a rental basis.
- 40 of the 77 units are sponsored under Independent
Living BC (ILBC) in partnership with BC Housing and the Vancouver Island
Health Authority (VIHA). Eligibility for occupancy under the ILBC program
is determined by VIHA. B.C. Housing is also assisting with the cost
of building the Centre.
- The remaining 37 units are dedicated and offered as
“Market Housing” by The Cridge Village Seniors Centre. Of
the 37 units managed solely by The Cridge Village Seniors Centre, one
unit will be designated for use as a guest suite for visiting families.
Each unit has a separate bedroom; a sitting and eating
area; kitchen - complete with a sink, fridge, and microwave oven.
One-bedroom units are approximately 500 sq ft
Two-bedroom units are approximately 700 sq ft (only available to those
interested in ‘market housing’).
